Alessandro Scotti, MSc joined the 4D Lab in January 2015 as Research Study Coordinator. Within the Lab, he is responsible for the processing pipeline and data analysis.
His research interests mainly include medical image acquisition and processing, neurological and cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and small animal imaging.
After obtaining a Masters of Science Degree in Medical Physics at the University of Milan, Italy in April 2012, he started working as a Research Fellow at the Neurological Institute “Carlo Besta” of Milan in the Preclinical 7T MRI Lab, in the Scientific Direction Unit. His work on the implementation of MR techniques on animal models of neurological diseases has been published on peer reviewed journals and presented to National as well as International meetings. Alessandro now changed his focus and started working in cardiovascular MRI focusing on image post-processing.
